The Customer orders, and the Seller undertakes to deliver auto parts (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this agreement.2. Payment is made only in rubles.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally refuse to supply the Goods (if, due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller, the ordered Goods cannot be delivered), in which case the Seller is obliged to inform the Customer about this as soon as possible and return the advance payment to him.4. The transfer of the Goods from the Seller to the Customer is carried out only after the full payment of the cost of the Goods by the Customer.5. The fact of acceptance of the goods in terms of quality and quantity is certified by the signature of the Customer.6. The customer is obliged to provide the seller with reliable information about the vehicle (VIN vehicle identification number) for which the relevant spare part (Goods) is being purchased. Otherwise, the Seller shall not bear any responsibility for the compliance of the Goods with the requirements that the Customer imposes on him.7. The cost of the Goods specified in Appendix No. 1 to this agreement can be adjusted upon receipt by the Seller of the Goods, due to the impossibility to determine the total cost of the Goods when accepting the order (it does not include the cost of transportation according to its weight or dimensions), which the Seller is obliged to warn the Customer in advance, informing the approximate amount of such an adjustment.8. In the event of a mistake made by the seller when determining the part required by the Customer, its exchange is carried out provided that the specified part was not in use, the trade dress of the part and its packaging are preserved. The exchange is made within 7 calendar days, in the presence of a cash receipt.9. Claims of the Customer for the return (exchange) of the purchased Goods having hidden technical defects are accepted within 7 days from the date of its purchase, provided that it is installed in an authorized technical center and the buyer has an examination certificate issued by an authorized technical center.10. If the Customer refuses the Order or receipt of the Goods (provided that the Goods meet all the requirements specified in Appendix No. 1 to this agreement), then the Seller has the right to demand from the Customer a penalty in the amount of 30% of the cost of the Goods, or to accept the Goods from the Customer for sale, with the condition of payment of money after the sale of the Goods.11. The Goods received on order are stored in the Sellers warehouse for 30 days, then sold. The advance payment is returned to the Customer after the sale of the Goods.12. Order delivery time is valid from 1 to 4 working days.
